Vanshika is the Bloomberg Market & Product Specialist for South Asia. She has over 18 years of experience spanning product development, institutional equity sales and product sales in the South Asia region. She joined Bloomberg in 2014 as part of the sales team managing buy-side clients in India. Prior to that, she worked at Citi managing institutional clients across APAC, focusing on aspects such as idea generation, security analysis, capital markets and corporate access.
In her current role she is building the buyside community via product enhancement and sales strategies to create synergies across the Bloomberg solution suite. She works with clients and internal stakeholders across business verticals to analyze the regulatory backdrop, market trends and challenges of the industry to identify growth opportunities. For eg. Sustainable Finance, Quantitative investing with a focus on Investment Management, Research, Portfolio Performance and Risk Analysis.
Vanshika has completed her post-graduation from the Indian Institute of Management , Ahmedabad.
Anil Ghelani, CFA

Anil has been working with DSP Group since 2003. The DSP Group has a legacy of from than 150 years, making it one of the oldest and most respected financial services firms in India. He is currently Head of Passive Investments & Products, managing a range of ETFs and Index Funds across asset classes. Previously, he served as the CEO & Chief Investment Officer at DSP BlackRock Pension Fund Managers. Earlier in his career at DSP, he led the Risk and Quantitative Analysis team providing quantitative research inputs and buy-side credit research on companies across various sectors.
Prior to joining DSP, Anil worked at IL&FS Asset Management Company and at S.R. Batliboi a member firm of EY.
He has been a volunteer with the CFA Society India for more than a decade and has served as the Vice Chairman on the board.

- The India-UK Financial Partnership (IUKFP): IUKFP’s objective is to deepen financial services links between India and UK. Inducted with 8 other members from India and UK for the focus area “Pensions”.

- CFA Institute: Represented India in global brand campaign across print, digital & outdoor media (2016-17).
- CFA Society India: Volunteer since 2007, served as Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors (2018 – 2021).
